Smokehouse Chicken & Guns offers a complete coffee and espresso program, breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft serve, beer, and cocktails all in a thoughtfully curated atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while, but will also have you covered when you are itching to get into the forest.

Smoked meats are carefully prepared alongside vibrant sauces and a charred and roasted celebration of local farm vegetables and foraged bounty. Americana meets Latin inspirations over an open fire.

Step into another dimension with us. Dustin Knox used inspiration from childhood memories of the 70’s to create an immediate rustic, psychedelic, vintage scape as the space moves from cafe to restaurant to bar to outdoors. 

Our team is merging our love of hospitality, the outdoors, community, great food, and fun. Smokehouse will have live music, karaoke, seasonal events, late-night parties, and offsite events. We plan to stay open during sun, rain, or snow creating fun and appreciation in all situations while maintaining delicious, high-quality offerings in a well-curated space.
